That looks very pretty up close - it must be really exciting!

What a beautiful seedling. It looks like a keeper to me. What is the parentage? It was nice you got to see what it looked like this year. The red anthers look so nice against the white sepals. You will have to post another picture when it fully opens. Karen

It's from a Wada's Primrose seed, but don't know who the other parent was. Suzy, any idea what might have been around it in bloom at the time (2004). It took it's good old time, so can only hope it was establishing a good root system.

Looking good there Joan. I agree, if it opens fully before it gets frosted on, I also would like to see a picture. Look forward to seeing what you get out of the seeds I am sending!

This will probably be the last pic of this one this year, as they are forecasting possibility of snow tonight. It was lucky to escape the frost we got this week.
