PS is a viticella, which are wonderfully hardy and vigorous. I expect you'd have no problem planting it now. Make sure the crown is a few inches lower under the soil than it is in the pot, mulch it well, and water it in well so that there are no air gaps. Cut it back in mid-March, and you'll be good to go.

I need to dig up some dormant, newly fall-planted 'Bees Pleasure' clems from an area where structure repair work, due to be done in a couple of months will most likely kill them. Maybe I can find the time to do that today, and along with my potted 'Polish Spirit,' sink them, all in pots, into a safer berm for overwintering until the construction is finished. Thanks for the good information on how to plant them in the pots.
