I don't have Humata in my book, but the Davallia is described (in Fern Grower's Manual by Hoshizaka and Moran) as being "A small to medium fern with medium to long-creeping rhizomes." It's apparently a very variable plant with, if I understand correctly, fronds that are variable on the same plant. There is also "The indusia are tubular and occupy all or nearly all of the segment width." But if you can discern that then you're ahead of me :-)

Davallia fejeensis is generally a larger plant than Humata trermanii. The segments of the fronds are usually more finely divided in Davallia fejeensis.

Humata tyermanii is the hare's foot fern that you usually see for sale at big box type hardware stores.
