which Dryopteris ?

I figure this must be a Dryopteris but I can't tell which. It's about 12 - 18 inches, glossy dark green fronds, short creeping rhizome. Pinna is widest about middle of the frond. Basal pinnae horizontal, emergent not redish only lighter green. Scales only scattered at base of stipe. Maybe D. polylepis, bissetiana or ?

Wow those fronds are really glossy! Does it get any colour change in the fall?

Yeah the glossy fronds are distinct. No fall color change. In my zone, 9a they tend to be almost evergreen. I should also note that Houston has long, hot, and humid summers, so many species of temperate ferns don't do well here.
