While cleaning an overgrown area around a garage on my sisters property I found this fern growing in a wild area in upstate NY. It has runners. Anyone know what this is? Sorry I didn't take pictures in situ but I was clearing the area of weeds so I put it in a small bucket and took the picture from there. Thanks for any help you can give.
