Kinda difficult without close ups. But, more than likely it's Nephrolepis falcata or 'Macho Fern'. It may also be an old, well established Nephrolepis pendula. Alternatively, though it would be very unusual, it may be a Goniophlebium subauriculatum. 'Jointed polypody'.
