I was worried after numerous leaves turned yellow, had black spots and dropped off. Tree planted in container this year, new buds coming out, will I need to remove the buds again due to the tree being so young. How long does it take for lemons to form and you can continue to let them grow. I was told removing the tiny buds would allow the trunk and branches to grow stronger, Do they just drop off themselves until the branches can hold the lemons,?
