My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

splaying Lady Fern

Is this normal? Over a few days my 3rd year beautiful Lady totally laid down. I tied it upright fairly easily, though. This year, I'm blaming all my garden issues on our seriously wet summer (47" so far) but I'm not sure about this. Any thoughts? TIA
