I have no idea.
One you need a good close up that is even closer than
what you have.
Secondly you need a sense of size: like image with a
dime sitting in it for comparative purposes.
Thirdly can you get a side view of a group of strands from
the soil level to the top of the plants.
Fourthly, have you ever seen any capsules growing from it?
If so any images?

And any other information. These plants appear to be growing in a pot. Where did it come from? What is the media?
How is it being grown?
All this can help determine if it is a moss or not and if so perhaps, a very big perhaps as to its genus.
