Nice fern !
It looks like Goniophlebium verrucosum described by David L.Jones in Encyclopedia of Ferns.
I also found it in the Fern Grower's Manual named Goniophlebium percussum.
Barbara Joe Hoshizaki says :
" The sori are deeply sunken, circled with darkly toothed, stalked scales.The pinnae are jointed to the rachis, wedge-shaped at the base, and short-stalked."
I wish I could find this one !

Thanks fern-addict. Good job. I thought it might be a Goniophlebium as the stipe and general growth form is similar to subauriculatum 'knightiae'. Barbara Joe's drawing threw me as it shows the pinna wider near the rachis, and I haven't noted any fine white hairs on the upper surface. But the detail in the spore is identicle.

It was marketed in aust as "weeping princess" and in southern australia needed to be indoors or in a glass house, quite cold tender.
