satsuma troubles

Hello,

We have had a heck of a summer here in Central Texas due to ridiculous drought and total lack of rain. These bad conditions seem to have taken there toll on a few of my Satsuma trees. The main trouble is that the fruit is not sizing up properly like it usually does. Thankfully just in the last week we have gotten some good rain and the heat has broken for now at least and it has been very pleasant. My question is can I expect the fruit to start sizing up now that the heat has broken? I was really worried about one of my satsuma trees that is in the ground and next to a western wall for winter protection. By late august many leaves were getting scorched. The rain has really helped.

Thanks,

Scape
