Help, yellowing leaves...

I'm not sure what kind of citrus it is, but it's definetly in a tangerine/orange family....I've had it for over a year and we successfully kept it alive inside and brought it back outside for this summer. It's not very tall, about a foot and half tall, and the seeds from the colorful but inedible( sour) fruit germinates easily, I have two babies. ANYWAY, I'm very concerned about my plant a lot of the leaves are in the slow process of gradual yellowing...like not going yellow and dropping yet per se, but a lot like it has chlorosis- I haven't really fertilized it at all with any acidic fertilizer, but I recently put it in a larger, better pot and included some acidic fertilizer pellets- should I bring it inside, and let it just drop all it's leaves, or will it get better? I really don't want it to die...
