Meyer lemon blooming question

So I moved my meyer lemon indoors about a month ago... 3 weeks later it started flowering and new growth is starting to sprout. The tree is about 2.5 feet tall and is currently sitting in the sun room, about 5-6 hours of sunlight (1-2 hours direct) and a couple hours of artifical light (nothing fancy.. just 2 small energy saving flourescent ceiling lights). I have it in chc/peat fertilizing w/ lutz tablets and using a lil' ST. Question.. how long does it take the small flower buds to actually become flowers? It's slowy getting bigger and can't wait until they fully bloom! Is there anything I should do when it's blooming? Is there enough light?
