My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone with a black walnut try planting a potentilla

Considering planting a potentilla in the one flower bed. It is the "juglone zone". It isn't on the OSU list if things that are or aren't tolerant. Is not sharing the same flower bed...but...not 50' away either.
