Ornamental Grass for Black Walnut area

I have two black walnut trees and have grown a glorious woodland garden. I'm wondering if there are any fountain grasses or other types of ornamental grasses that will grow.

I want to imitate sea oats waving in the wind on the beach. mmm. Love that beach.

Sorry, zoned out. Any ideas?
