Dried Lavender - Premium Grade vs French

I am looking for the most long lasting and fragrant dried lavender. I don't care of the color as it will go into the closet. Is there a difference between buying Premium Grade and French lavender?

They are from two different companies and roughly the same prices (1 lb roughly $12.33 - $13.99 + ship)
