Strangest thing happened last night...

There were flashes of light in the sky....and odd rumbling noises. Presently liquid water started falling from the sky in drops. In all my years I've never seen such a thing.

I asked a few old timers about it. The oldest man in the neighbor hood looked thoughtful...."Back in a older time, a time we called 'May' such things happened before" he said. There even was a name for this water from the sky....they called it "rain".

Oh well, I doubt it will happen again in my lifetime.
