I don't know of specific sources in Kentucky, but you might try looking in the yellow pages of a nearby big city. I found five vendors listed in the Oklahoma City yellow pages under the heading of "Barrels, Drums & Kegs - New". Good luck.

I create my own barrels, from heavy duty trash cans and add a tap I get from Lee Valley. I use screening over the top to keep out the mosquitoes.
