I have seeds from a vine that blooms. That's all I can tell you, it's just the standard chinese lilac-coloured wisteria. I can send you some seeds if you want to try them. I usually just throw them in a baggie of moistened soil, leave them on top of the fridge, and away they go.

I'm not sure if mine is "Blue Moon" or not, but I have an entire fence of gorgeous purple wisteria (looks exactly like the photos I googled for Blue Moon). I read that it can take years for a seed grown wisteria to bloom. I can cut you some nice rooted runners if you would like to make a trade? I'm looking for named hostas that I don't currently have.
