Lindenbergs (Brandon, Manitoba) catalogue has 'purple haze'. On my order page said they were back ordered but crossed it off and sent a package. Cost per pkt = $1.95. Just received them Tuesday. I've grown these for two years...and are a great when fully grown but not as tasteful midway.
Their internet site is still under construction. So you'd have to order a catalogue.

Hi Sharont, I already have Purple Haze carrots (and a bunch of other purple ones too). I'm looking for Purple Pak carrots which are purple on the outside and yellow on the inside. It's a long shot, but I was hoping to score a few seeds from someone who got their order in early when Johnny's still had stock.
