As for the butterfly bush, I bought seeds this spring from seedsandmore.com in Newfoundland. Their prices are in US dollars but they are generous with the number of seeds per pkg and shpping for my order was only $1.95. Unfortunately, I have traded all my available BB seeds already.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the only Butterfly bush I can fid at seedsandmore are Buddleia Davidii, I am looking for Buddleia Alternifolia also called Fountain Buddleia, but thanks heaps for the southwestern native seed, they have the Cream cups yayyyyy!!
I just need to find another 4 things to buy.
