For what it's worth, I have had very favourable results growing Strawberry rhubarb from seed. In 2010, winter sowed March 18, germination April 10. I gave those plants as a gift. In 2011, winter sowed April 22, germination May 9. Of the 4 seedlings, I planted 2 in my garden from which I have been harvesting the pat 2 years. I am in Zone 5 Canada.

Hi there, I have been wanting some rhubard. Everyone I know says its all in the root, but I would love to give it a try. I have a list just let me know.

Nelsion, I've sent you an e-mail. I am happy to send you some rhubarb seeds. Was wondering if you would consider doing a swap for some National cucumber pickling and/or lavetera seeds. Let me know if there are other seeds from my list that you would be interested in.
