I have some Salvia "Blue Queen" and there's babies every year. I'll pot some up for you-- for the swap.

FYO - Some perennial salvias such as 'Blue Queen' are normally grown from seed, but others are propagated from cuttings or division. I believe 'Blue Hill' (Blauhugel) and East Friesland are two of the latter. If you're looking for blue colour, not purple-blue, then 'Blue Hill' is one of the best.

Blue Hill sounds great . Do you have some to trade ? I see that you do grow daylilies ( my absolute favourite) I especially like older cultivars ...and was wondering if you are interested in working a trade of daylilies ?

Oh Bev I would love a couple of seedlings if you can spare them please . Let me know what you would like in trade . I must have something that would interest you ..although I know your interests are somewhat exotic.

By the way , any growing hints for the goji ? did you cover the seeds with soil ? if you did can you tell me how deep please.

Signet, how do you send your daylilies through the mail? Do you pot them up or send bare-root? Does it cost much to mail? I am hoping (tentatively) to attend the plant swap in London. If I do, I will bring lots of stuff to trade (or give-away, if anyone wants them). Many of my older daylilies were obtained from RBG and were registered in the 60s-70s, or thereabouts. The names are mostly accurate but a few may have gotten mixed up over the years.
