If you can't find this in trade, you might check out Minter's Earlington Greenhouse on Renton Ave South, just up the hill from the Renton airport.
I know they used to carry this Abutilon and many others---might be worth calling ahead to inquire.

I have an extra abutilon vitifolium you can have, but don't know how similar that is to what you're looking for. It's about 3 feet tall. It's one year old, haven't seen it bloom yet, but supposedly it's got blue and white flowers.
