Might want to post on Northwestern Gardening forum or the tomato one. I've not used the spray & don't know anyone who has.

I think tomatoes set fruit at certain temps, so that's the problem this year not enough heat at night yet.

I do touch the cages to jiggle the plants a bit when I walk past though there seem to be plenty of bees out to do the job later in the day.
