My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

WANTED: Penstemon

Haven't had any luck with the Munro's Globemallow so am moving on to Penstemon (Beardtongue).

If anyone has any of the following beardtongue plants that they might get seed from, I would be most interested in obtaining some.

Penstemon "Harlwegii"

Penstemon "Phoenix Violet"

Penstemon "Wine Kissed Tongue"

Penstemon nitidas "Smooth Blue"

I am willing to pay a reasonable price for them!
