I have a large clump (almost dormant at the moment since I let it dry out over winter) of a flowering ginger I once got from Canadale's years ago. It's gotten huge, do you want some? Peach coloured flowers. Full sun, lots of water, could be grown as a marginal aquatic.

Sure I would love some flowering ginger - I'm in london also - Over on Emery st west near Beechwood - was there anything you were interested in. I have an agave pup from florida. I have a few other things if you were interested in a larger trade - do you have a list - I have just updated mine.

No list yet - I just discovered this forum the night before last! However, I am interested in natives, North American flora (ie not endemic to this region but still from this continent), Asian plants, especially analogues to our own native species, woodlanders (both shrubs and perennials), trees, ferns, orchids if I can get them. Exotics are also nice but I don't have much growing room left in the house, which is why I'm willing to let the flowering ginger pass out of my life...I need the space to overwinter the lotus.

Can I see your list? maybe we can do more swapping
