Happy New Year to all. I have seed catalogues spread all over the table and now is the season when I'm makin' my list and checking in twice. I am ignoring the wind/snow, shades of grey landscape and -20C temp outside and dreaming in warmth and colour.

So, how many of you make New Year's resolutions? This was sent to me yesterday and I thought I would share it with all of the FNers.

New Year's Resolutions You Can Keep

Have you broken your last New Year's Resolutions?
Well, here's a rather crazy list that you can keep.

1. Gain weight. At least 30 pounds.

2. Stop exercising. Waste of time.

3. Read less. Makes you think.

4. Watch more TV. You've been missing some good stuff.

5. Procrastinate more. Starting tomorrow.

6. Stop bringing lunch from home: Eat out more.

7. Get in a whole NEW rut!

8. Spend your summer vacation in Cyberspace.

9. Don't eat cloned meat.
1. Create loose ends.
2. Get more toys.
3. Get further in debt.
4. Don't believe politicians.
5. Break at least one traffic law.
6. Avoid airplanes that spontaneously drop 1000 feet.
7. Don't swim with piranhas or sharks.
8. Associate with even worse business clients.
9. Spread out priorities beyond ability to keep track of them.
10. Wait around for opportunity.
11. Focus on the faults of others.
12. Mope about faults.
13. Never make New Year's resolutions again.

Happy New Years Everyone!

Brenda, those resolutions are ones I can keep! LOL

I especially like #15 - yeah, that's what our flight home from Abbotsford was like yesterday since we were flying in the jetstream and hit an airpocket.... you can imagine! LOL
