7 Rooftop Patios Reach for the Stars. VOTE for your favorite!
Comments (29)I choose the Modern Rooftop Garden. I love the modern style combined with the plants in the same style. It's also handy that the seating area is covered when it rains. The colors are fun and there also a plasma. It's actually a fun balcony while it's modern. I like that you have privacy on the balcony and the view with all the city lights is also beautiful....See MorePOLL: Favorite Fall Decor?
Comments (188)I voted for the mums, but I also liked the outside branches brought inside. However, I thought the room was too overdone with the pumpkin light fixture and orange pillows. It bordered on too cheesy to me....See MorePOLL: What's your favorite season?
Comments (89)Yep...fall is the absolute best IMHO. The crisp, cool snap of the air; just cool enough for a light sweater or jacket. The smell of the bonfire and people having cookouts (love those s'mores!).....the explosion of colors when the leaves finally become the colors they were intended to be (they are only green due to the chlorophyll in them).....the crunch of the leaves under your feet after they've fallen from the trees....the rousing of the band playing at the local football game. All of these things make for a very special season. And yes, I must admit that I do hate to see the summer end....those lazy days when you can just slip on a pair of sandals and head outside without having to bundle up first, yet there's just something about fall that truly makes me come alive! It's funny how we all have our favorite season. Do you ever wonder why? I mean....why do some of us prefer the coolness of fall and others love the heat of the summer? Hmmm.....interesting!...See MoreWhat's your favorite smell in your house?
Comments (112)Both of my scents are of the elite class! With these scents people will know your important! One of the best smells your house could ever enjoy would be birch logs burning in your fireplace (needs heated air vents) (only birch wood) it will create a bleach/coffee smell in your house, so very good smelling and will drench everything in your house with this smell for years to come (remember, only birch wood). FYI, Also, birch essential oil doesn't compare to this method so don't get a candle or the oil expecting your house to smell like a bleach/coffee smell; it won't work. Another really great smell that your guests will never forget in your house (which smells amazing if I say so myself) is any food baked with tomato paste, brown sugar, and a touch of cinnamon. Meats: pork chops, meatloaf, etc.. Your guest will never forget the smell upon walking to your front door for a fine dinner! I love smelling doughnuts wafting through the air. The Barbara Streisand rose and Angel Face rose ( AF has a lemony rose sent ) both smell wonderful in a rose bowl. Peonies and Saltwater....See Moredebbysunshine_hotmail_com
