It is amazing that they did not run away (hop away) before you were able to take pictures of them. Hope that the bunny relocation was far far away. Just think, if you would keep on feeding them from your garden for a few more months, how little you would have left of the garden but how tasty they would be for a supper meal.

They can be cute (we used to raise 7 or 8 kinds of rabbits) but the wild ones sure can damage flowerbeds both in the summer and winter.

We also used to have one in the house. But his lower jaw was out farther than the top so I had to cut his teeth for him. Because of that we could not show him in rabbit shows. This also meant that he couldn't chew on any furniture in the house, so he did make a great house pet for that reason.

Brenda it was kinda weird the way they sat there. I figured they thought if they stayed still no one would notice them. They didn't get move a muscle until I started picking them to remove them. They scampered but we caught them all.

I wish the parents were as easy to be rid of.....grrr.

They also look old enough that they wouldn't need to nurse from mom anymore. So, they should be fine in their new home...hopefully far far away from yours.

Lots of baby bunnies in the bush this year around here, but luckily none in my garden!
