Oddities

Couple of weird things in the garden today.

1) Euonymous alata has three variegated branches. Not sure if variegation is a common mutation for this species. There is one branch with no chlorophyl at all!

And the other thing is my perennial snapdragon. It came through the winter with green leaves and is now blooming. I know they're semi-hardy perennials but I've never had one survive!

Anyone else got oddities?
