all citrus will bear fruit as long as its mature enough to flower. i believe citrus are single sexed and you'll need at least two same citrus (one male and one female). Pomelo are really easy to grow and tasty (sort of light a huge green sweet grapefruit) as are tangerines. Fruiting tangerine trees can be bought at most Chinese shops during Chinese New Year (Jan 26 this year)

A garden store close to my house sells citrus with fruits but they are way too expensive. I'll wait until the date you are mentioning probably I can get cheaper at chinese stores.

If you go after Jan 26, you can get almost all the plants 50% off. Most Chinese people buy flowering plants (azalea, narcissus, citrus) and cut flowers (forced pussy willow, plum, forsythia) before the actual day so they have them blooming on the day of in their house, but I've learnt that prices drop dramatically, sometimes more than 50%, after the day of. My grandparents have always kept with the tradition of buying them before. :D Make sure you barter! The citrus usually run $20+ in 2 gallon or bigger pots.

I'll do that but I wonder if someone wants to trade too. Because I have an extra small meyer as well as meyer seeds.
