I have been going through my new Gardens West seed catalogue tonight and came across Papaver Giganthemum seeds. Has anyone grown these poppies before and managed to get the seed pods? I was thinking that with this size they would be stunning in dried flower arrangements and the flower size alone would look neat in the garden. I had great fun trying to find horticulture websites for this plant as it seems the first few pages when you google it come up all about how to get high off of opium poppies. :^P Did you know that you can plant one variety indoors that will go from seed to pod in under 10 weeks? (The things you learn...) I'm thinking that variety would be great for anyone with a really short growing season. Here is a link to a picture of the pods
