I have ordered four roses bred by Dr. Frank Skinner for planting this spring and would like to add a climber/rambler.

Does anyone know of a Canadian source for 'Isabella Skinner'

sometimes going under the name 'Victorian Memory'. Has anyone grown it in Zone 3?

Hugh Skinner is in the Canadian Gardening magazine this month pg44, perhaps you can contact him and ask him if there's any cuttings around?
