I want to make raised beds this year for veggies. I was looking at making 2 4ftx4ft beds, that way I can reach in from all sides.

While this isn't a firm list, I would like to grow some carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, and zuccini. I live by myself and am not planning to live off what I grow. Would this be a good amount of space for these plants?

Any tips/recommendations for this newbie?
