If it was me, I would move it now. If you move it in the fall I would be afraid it may not make it thru. At least now, you give it a chance to root for the entire period from Spring-Fall.

Good catch tapla, I for got to mention that it still needs to be dormant!

I don't see any leaves, we are in foothills of mountain area so we are still pretty cool. The next 3 nights are suppose to be right around or below 32 degrees. We got this three years ago and planted it. It has done great but if we leave it where it is long term it will shade our new greenhouse and the greenhouse cannot be moved.

By all means, move it now. I have moved several the last few days as they are still dormant here in zone 8. Yours for sure are still dormant.
