One word....EXPENSIVE!

However I did order 3 Asiatic Nerone Lily bulbs last fall from them that were plump and healthy. I only ordered because the Canadian Gardening magazine offered a $25 gift certificate, so with shipping and handling it came to $0.

Check out Botanus, much much cheaper in price ;)

And they're selling tulips and daffodils for spring shipping - pre-sprouted, they say. It would be interesting to see how those bulbs do.

Also, there were 2 dahlias that I couldn't really find anywhere on the net. One was called Garden Show Dahlia and the other was Blue Star.
I'll post a pic of them in the Dahlia thread, see if they look familiar to anyone. Do some companys rename flowers sometimes???

Im going to have to get that Botanus catalouge... but I used that same $25.00 off Breck's coupon last year, and spent another $65.00 on top of that on bulbs. I got my order right in time for planting, and I can say the bulbs were a very nice size, were for sure, plump and healthy. At the time I thought it was a good deal....
I was so impressed, a friend and I ordered from Breck's again this year. This year though, we ordered live roots/plants and bulbs... If the fall bulbs I planted, and this years spring shipment is good, i would for sure recommend them. But now... im going to have to look at Botanus as well... darn =D
