My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I think that is what I saw at Myakka State Park recently...berries red at this time of year. Check my trade list...which is rather slim looking but if you are interested I can take pictures of the varieties of begonias etc.
