My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have some extra coleus plugs / small rooted plants. They do very well in a shady area of your garden, or as a house plant. I have burgundy with lime green edges. If you can bring me a plant in trade, that would be great, but its not necessary.
