Tulips are very tough and can take a very hard frost without damage, I'm not even considering covering mine ... though, did hill up a few other things such as lilies with a bit of soil.

I decided to cover the plants that I can't identify. I know I planted something new last year, but for some reason I didn't tag them. I wonder if I'll ever learn =:)

I forgot to check the few lilies I have, but I'm pretty sure they're not up yet.

Thankfully, it hadn't gotten as cold as forecast last night, definitely was't the -11 C predicted, though glad I had gone out and covered over the lilies next to the house, these always come up too early, even despite having moved them further back from the foundation.

Looks like normal temps to return later in the week :)

I have never covered tulips, ever. Once we had a really hard frost and they were floppy the next day, but they popped back.
