I think all Viburnums (Viburnum lentago = Nannyberry) are quite fast growing. I have Viburnum trilobum (High Bush Cranberry) that grew very fast. And V. lantana Mohican that also is speeding along (it skipped '2nd year they creep' and went straight to '3rd year they leap'). Neither have every suffered much in the way of winter tip kill, either, which helps a whole lot when you want height.

But, if you're hoping for something like screening your neighbors by the end of the summer, well, it won't grow that fast.

Nannyberries do grow fast unless they are heavily shaded with a lot a root competion. But they grow just as wide as tall. Not a narrow animal at all.
