I don't know that variety, but unless you have a very protected spot I'd recommend not growing it. You obviously want it for its spectacular bloom, but if it's one or two zones too tender, then you are likely to have mild to serious dieback each winter, so the bloom won't look very good on a misshapen tree. JMO,

Hi Don, since Walmart only guarantees it for this growing season, I have decided not to purchase it, otherwise I'd give it a try, though my luck would be we'd have a very mild winter, only for it to die back the following!
