Container Gardening

Well I filled some planters with potting soil this morning and while I was doing that, I was thinking about the 13 blooming bags that I have on the fence.

The front part of the blooming bags are filled with impatiens....but I always leave the top till plant out time.....because the plants in the top get damaged from being moved in and out of the house or greenhouse everynight and morning. Now I am wondering if the tops of these bags would look good or okay with lobelia in? or should I just fill them with more impatiens? Thoughts? Suggestions?
