I have 2 large clumps of heliconias available for trade:

#1 H. latispatha "Roadrunner", current height in the greenhouse about 15-16 ft

#2 H. psitt x spathno "Tropica"

There are photos of th eplants and blooms on the Tropicals discussion page under "Heliconias" and an outline of the trade on Exchanges. NO POSTAGE please, I want plants too.

I am removing these plants completely in order to convert the space that they occupy into a "Palm and Tropical Fruit tree" corner.

I am willing to trade "by the rhizome", or, if you live close enough to feel like its worth it, you may arrange with me to come over and help me dig the whole clump up and you can take with in a truck/SUV.

If you were to buy containerized plants this size down south it would probably run you $175-225+ for this size clump of either. Its a real bargain! DOn't pass it up!

Make me an offer for trade. If you want the whole clump of either or both, I'd like a nice plant (3-20 gal) in return for each. Especially interested in hardy palms that can be planted out in zone 8B (Gainesville) area. ALso interested in not hardy palms and dwarf fruit trees and all the things I posted over on Tropical Exchange already
