My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I have noticed that a few of you get your roses from Hortico, so I looked it up on the net and was thrilled at all selection. I wonder how well they perform? Do you care to share your experinces with them?
We had a discussion about Hortico last year on this thread (link at bottom, it's a few posts down). Mixed reviews, I think only Leo was happy with them. They do have a large selection, if you decide to order from them let us know how it goes.
I've only just ordered from them so i can't say anything yet. One thing i'll say is that their shipping is high! But if the plants are in good condition and in larger containers (i think the roses are in gallon containers), then it might be worth it. I've ordered Hawkeye Belle and Delicata.
Oh, and the only reason i ordered is because i had a gift certificate. I would probably have ordered from Pickering or Cedar Hollow otherwise.
