Figs are usually hardy from 10-15 degrees F. Some are even hardier. I don't think Brown Turkey falls in the "exceedingly hardy" group, though. What is the coldest your winters reach?

Here in SoEast CT my potted fig trees have been outside in all this horrible weather for some time. They are all in full leaf. All the breba are gone. The severe winds has been a bigger factor than the cold although it has been down to 36*. Two trees broke. Otherwise the trees seem to have weatherd the cold better than the wind. I can only hope that it will warm up so that I can get a main crop.

You might ask the Florest if they bring it in at night. I would think they keep them outside. If the figs are a good size they might just make it. Its hard to predict.

Tyler the temp here now is 43 with a hi today of 63. We recently been thru a cold snap were the temps in some towns have gotten to mid to low 30s. I have two small figs trees that I have kept indoor and hopefully this weekend it will be warm enough.
