moved fig tree

Hi I live in Massachusetts and I recently moved to new house and took the thrity year old 10 foot fig tree with me. I planted it and now the white fig tree has no buds or any signs of leaves. What is wrong with it... this tree is obviously very special since I went through the bother of moving it. I have watered, put in miracle grow and done everthing but it still is flexiable but not a bud is site. Please help.
