There's a house in my town that has something similar - I should go and take a better look.

7 waves in a 12" basket, or 5 in a 10", seems like a bit too many - 3 plants in a 10" would be plenty, I think, still looking full without having the plants become root bound too quickly.

If I had one of these, I'd go an extra step and install an irrigation system as well.

Yeah Pudge, I would have to agree, 7 plants per 12" basket is way too overcrowded, I can see 3, but not 7! Maybe they are referring to those small 1" plugs. Even so they would eventually grow to become root bound.

I'm sure it was just a marketing ploy for The Wave® company, so that you would buy more plants ;)
