I haven't had any pink daylilies bloom yet. They've all been red or peachy coloured so far. But I'll have to keep an eye on what opens up tomorrow.

That is incredible. I would have sworn that they were two different plants.

Today's flower was even more bronze.

It is incredible the differences you can get in colour in daylilies. Even taking a picture from morning, then one in the evening can be dramatic. I do know that the top picture was taken in the morning, while the second picture was from the evening, so the colours could have faded too. I've never seen Matt looking so pink like in the first pic. It's typically been more like the colouration in your picture.
With this heat, I've also noticed that quite a few daylilies have been aborting some or all of their flowerbuds.:(
