Just curious if anyone has successfully grown heather as a perennial in Alberta? Calluna vulgaris 'Radnor' to be exact. Or any kind of heather.

I have tried multiple times but it has never worked. But that may be because I don't give it the care it needs. Survival of the fittest at my place. If I can grow it any one can.And if I can't that doesn't mean a thing.

That's funny Cheryl. I should add this blurb to the 'what will you plant next year' thread. Maybe I will give some heather a go. :)
